On-site machining of rotors and workpieces up to 150 tons!

With our mobile lathe you can machine rotors and workpieces with a weight of up to 150 tons and a diameter of up to 4.5 m. The length of the lathe can be adjusted according to the respective requirements. The machine can be easily set up and aligned on site at the power plant or at the construction site. The lathe offers different machining possibilities with conventional or CNC control. If needed, this lathe can also be extended with a mobile balancing device. Additional tools and expansion options can be tailored to customer needs.

The base RTD-100 machine is transported in a standard "20-foot hard top" container.
